Yes, confidentiality is the most important part of the therapy. Information that shared in sessions is kept strictly private, however with a few legal exceptions: if there were any imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or if a court mandate requires disclosure. Then we will review the full confidentiality agreement before starting the procedure.
If you experience technical difficulties, please do not worry. We will try reconnecting for a few minutes. If the connection still cannot be re-established, then we will reach out to you via the contact number you provided to us, either to finish the session by phone or reschedule the session.

Consistency is important for the therapeutic process and progress. If you miss a session without giving prior notice, standard cancellation policies apply.
Yes, you can reschedule the session. However we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling so that the time slot can be offered to another client. To reschedule, simply reach out to us via WhatsApp (bottom left) or drop us an email at Support@inbliss.in
