At InBliss, we use Trauma-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you process painful experiences without being re-traumatised. We move slowly, carefully, and always with your sense of safety at the centre.

DBT complements this by equipping you with concrete skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and grounding, tools you can use in real life when emotions feel too big to manage. Over time, you will find that you are not just surviving your experiences but building a life where you feel genuinely steady, connected, and whole. Grief, too, is given the space it deserves, honoured without being rushed.
